Stipends up to up to $2,750 A group of female students outside of the USA will be chosen from the applicant pool. We encourage women from throughout the world to apply. Each selected student will receive up to $2,750 USD for airfare, hotel, conference registration and other travel requirements. Through this scholarship, Google is encouraging women to excel in computing and technology. |

Association for Women in Mathematics – Mathematic Travel Grants
A maximum of $1500 for domestic travel and of $2000 for foreign travel
There are three award periods per year, with applications due February 1, May 1, and October 1. These travel funds are provided by the Division of Mathematical Sciences (DMS) of the National Science Foundation. The conference or the applicant’s research must be in an area supported by DMS. Applicants must be women holding a doctorate (or equivalent) and with a work address in the USA. The Mathematics Travel Grants provide full or partial support for travel and subsistence for a meeting or conference in the applicant’s field of specialization.
Association for Women in Mathematics – Mathematics Education Research Travel Grants
A maximum of $1500 for domestic travel and of $2000 for foreign travel
There are three award periods per year, with applications due February 1, May 1, and October 1.
These grants are to encourage the collaboration between mathematicians and researchers in education and related fields in order to improve the education of teachers and students.
The Mathematics Education Research Travel Grants provide full or partial support for travel and subsistence for:
- mathematicians attending a research conference in mathematics education or related field.
- researchers in mathematics education (or related field) attending a mathematics conference.
All awards will be determined on a competitive basis by a selection panel consisting of distinguished mathematicians and mathematics education researchers appointed by the AWM. Applicants must be women holding a doctorate (or equivalent) and with a work address in the USA (or home address, in the case of unemployed applicants).
Harvard Graduate Student Council
Stipend up to $750 in accountable expenses, but no more than is requested in the original application
Conference grants are awarded three times per year, with application deadlines generally in October, February, and April. The Graduate Student Council offers Conference Grants to GSAS students to facilitate attendance of conferences and symposia in their area of study. Conference Grants are intended to help cover some of the expenses incurred while attending conferences.
